How far in advanced do I need to order balloons?
We ask that orders are made 48 hours in advance, but will try our best to accommodate if a quick turn around is needed. Simply give us a call at 515-644-6331 or email balloons@playgrounds-cafe.com.
How long can I expect my helium-filled balloons to float?
All of our latex balloons are commercial quality and filled with Ultra Hi-Float, ensuring they will stay afloat for 48+ hours. For best results, we recommend storing your bouquet indoors at a consistent room temperature.
Mylar balloons should float for 3-5 days if kept in ideal conditions. For best results, we recommend storing your bouquet indoors at a consistent room temperature.
What should I bring with me to pick up my balloon order?
Please come with a vehicle large enough to transport your balloons. We will place your order in a large balloon bag, but highly suggest bringing a clean car so your balloons stay beautiful all the way to their final destination!
Will you fill up helium balloons purchased elsewhere?
Yes! We can fill up outside balloons, but we cannot guarantee the quality of balloons we didn’t purchase. For that reason, we are not responsible for any damage done before or during the inflating process. We recommend bringing a few extra balloons just incase!
To have your balloons inflated, please drop off our balloons at the store at least 12 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee same day inflation, but will try our best to accommodate if needed!
