When does my membership start?
Your membership begins the day you purchase it. Need it to start later? Just give us a call before purchasing online, or stop by Playgrounds Café and we'll be happy to set a future start date for you.
Do I need a reservation to play if I have a membership?
Reservations are highly recommended for all members to help us maintain a safe and enjoyable capacity, especially during our busiest play times. Members are always welcome to walk in, and we'll happily admit you if space is available.
How do I redeem my membership?
After purchasing your membership, we recommend creating a Playgrounds Cafe online account to make booking your visits quick and easy!
- Visit www.playgrounds-cafe.com and click Member Login from the homepage.
- Create an account or log in using the same email address or phone number used to purchase your membership. This allows your membership to automatically link to your account.
- When you're ready to visit, log in and select your Open Play date and time.
- Proceed through checkout. Your membership will automatically be applied, bringing your eligible Open Play admission to $0.
Once your account is set up, you won't need to enter your Booking Confirmation Number each time you visit!
Can other caregivers bring my child(ren) to Playgrounds under our family's membership?
Yes! Memberships are connected to the child, thus any adult (nannies, grandparents, other caregivers) can accompany them to a play session.
What age of children are included in my membership?
Our play area is designed for children 6 months - 6 years, thus children in that age range should be accounted for on your membership. Children younger than 6 months and older than 7 are welcome to come along for free!
How do I cancel my membership?
Recurring Monthly Memberships can be canceled anytime by logging into your online account or by contacting Playgrounds Café by phone, email, or in person.
To manage your membership online, click here and sign in using the email address you used to purchase your membership.
Recurring memberships remain active through the end of the current billing period and cannot be canceled or refunded mid-billing cycle.
3-Month and Annual Memberships are prepaid, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled before the end of their membership term.
