Unlimited Membership FAQs
Can other caregivers bring my child(ren) to Playgrounds under our family's membership?
Yes! Memberships are connected to the child, thus any adult (nannies, grandparents, other caregivers) can accompany them to a play session.
What age of children are included in my membership?
Our play area is designed for children 6 months - 6 years, thus children in that age range should be accounted for on your membership. Children younger than 6 months and older than 7 are welcome to come along for free!
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime prior to 7 days before your next billing cycle. Please email hello@playgrounds-cafe.com to request cancellation.
