Yes! Private Parties include exclusive use of the entire Playgrounds space - including the play area, seating and café. We do not offer regular Open Play during your party, so the space is just for you and your guests.
Our space comfortably accommodates around 50 guests, including children and adults. We don’t have a strict guest limit or count guests at the door, so you have plenty of flexibility when creating your guest list.
Our play space is designed primarily for children ages 6 months–6 years, but older siblings, friends and family members are always welcome. We just ask that older children play respectfully around our littlest guests.
Your celebration includes 2 hours of private party time, plus 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for setup.
Nope! With our Book Now, Plan Later option, you can reserve your date and time with a $150 deposit without choosing a package right away. You can decide on your party package and other details later.
Yes! Outside food and drinks are welcome at Private Parties. You can bring your own favorites, choose one of our food add-ons, or select a package that includes food and drinks. Our full café menu is also available throughout your party.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to decorate the space yourself, or choose a package that lets us handle the decorating for you. You’ll have access to the space 30 minutes before your party for setup.
Every Private Party package includes plates, napkins, silverware and tablecloths. The exact setup varies by package, with solid-color or themed options depending on what you choose. We also have helpful party essentials like cake knives, serving utensils, cupcake stands and lighters available to borrow.
It’s your party, so the two hours are yours to use however you’d like! Most families spend the first part of the party playing and eating, then gather for cake, singing and presents before finishing with more playtime. We recommend doing cake at least 30 minutes before the end so you don’t feel rushed.
Our team will give you a heads-up as your party time winds down and help gather your belongings. We handle the cleanup, so you don’t have to stay behind wiping tables and taking care of the mess.
Yes! You don’t need to have every detail figured out when you reserve your party. Food, décor and other available add-ons can be added after booking, and we’ll connect with you before your celebration to finalize the details.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time and is applied toward your party balance. If you cancel more than 30 days before your party, your deposit may be transferred to a new party date within 12 months. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit future use of the deposit and are subject to an additional $50 cancellation fee.
Definitely! Playgrounds can also be reserved for showers, family gatherings, celebrations and other private events. Check out our Special Event Rental option or contact us to talk about what you have in mind.
