We HIGHLY recommend making a reservation to ensure your spot. Our play sessions have a limited capacity to create the best experience for you and your children.

In order to keep our play area clean for the littlest of friends, shoes are not allowed in the play area. Socks are required and are available for purchase if you forget yours at home!

We know even with the best laid out plans, things happen. We have a parent friendly cancellation policy to accommodate:

Cancellation more than 12 hours before Play Session:

You can cancel your reservation for a full refund by clicking the “cancel” button in your reservation email or on your Cojilio account page.

Cancellation between 2 hrs -11 hrs 59 min before Play Session:

Please call or email the cafe up to 2 hours prior to the start of your play session to have credit applied to your account for a future visit.

Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations within 2 hours of the start of a play session.

We have a full cafe ready to serve you delicious food and drinks to fit all taste buds and diets. We ask that outside food and drinks be left outside other than formula/breast milk and water.

Having a safe space for your family is our #1 priority which means we take cleaning VERY seriously! Our play area is cleaned between every play session so you can walk into a refreshed space, full of endless possibilities for your little one.
