Founding members will be charged for first month of membership up front, but membership won’t begin until your 1st visit. The 2nd month will be charged 30 days later and will renew until cancelled

When purchasing a Founding Membership, you will pay for your first month up front but your membership will not begin until your first visit when we are open. Your second month will be charged 30 days after your first visit and will auto-renew until cancelled.

Founding Members will have the opportunity to book play sessions for the first month that we are open ahead of the public. We are still looking at how this works logistically with our booking system moving forward… stay tuned!

Yes! Memberships are connected to the child, thus any adult (nannies, grandparents, other caregivers) can accompany them to a play session. Two adults are welcome with every play session. Additional adults will be charged $8 which can be used as a credit for cafe purchases!

Our play area is designed for children 6 months - 6 years, thus children in that age range should be accounted for on your membership. Children younger than 6 months and older than 7 are welcome to come along for free!

Founding Members can cancel their membership for a full refund (minus transaction fees) anytime before their first visit.
You can cancel your membership anytime prior to 7 days before your next billing cycle. Please email memberships@playgrounds-cafe.com to request cancellation.
